Admissions, fees, attendance, exams and parent communication for private colleges. Set up in a week from the spreadsheets you already have, not in six months.
From ₹200 per student per year. Published, not quoted. No setup fee, no migration charge.
Upload your existing Excel sheets. We handle merged cells, duplicate roll numbers and dates stored as text.
The rate is on this page. No sales call needed to find out whether you can afford it.
Fee reminders, attendance alerts and results reach parents where they actually read them, in English or your regional language.
Full export in open formats, any time, without asking us. Daily backups you can restore yourself.
A software company built it once, five or ten years ago. The person who understood it has moved on. Everything that the system does not do, the office does by hand.
Admissions, fees, scholarships, exam forms and university correspondence, all handled by the same handful of staff, mostly in Excel.
Nobody can say precisely how much the scholarship portals have sanctioned, how much has arrived, and which students are still short.
Data that already exists in registers gets recompiled by hand every year, because no system can produce it.
For attendance, for fee dues, for exam dates. Every call is a staff member stopping what they were doing.
Built around how affiliated colleges in India actually work, including state reservation categories, centralised counselling rounds, university exam forms and NEP credit baskets.
Every state runs admissions, reservations and scholarships differently, and a college does not care how the other twenty-seven work. Quadcampus is configured to your state and your affiliating university, so the workflows match the ones your office already follows.
NSP, MahaDBT, ePASS, e-Grantz and other state portals. Know what has been sanctioned, what has arrived, and which students are still short, without a parallel spreadsheet.
Central categories plus the sub-categories your state actually uses, with seat matrices and merit lists that follow the rules rather than approximating them.
Exam forms, eligibility checks, fee remittance reports and result import, shaped around how affiliated colleges work rather than around a single university's format.
AISHE, NAAC and NIRF data pulled from live records. NEP credit baskets, ABC and APAAR handled as part of the system, not bolted on.
मराठी, हिंदी, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Gujarati, Bengali, Punjabi, Odia, Assamese and English, in every notice, receipt and message.
Attendance works with no signal and syncs later. Parents reach everything over WhatsApp, so nobody needs a good phone or a data plan to stay informed.
Every other campus platform makes you sit through a sales call to find out the number. Here it is. Billed annually in advance, aligned to the academic year.
Everything needed to run the year
per student, per year
Core, plus the rest of campus
per student, per year
Complete, plus accreditation
per student, per year
Rates shown are for colleges up to 750 students and fall as enrolment rises. Minimum annual contract ₹75,000. Two years prepaid takes 10 percent off, three years takes 15 percent. Trusts running several institutions get a bundled rate. WhatsApp and SMS are billed at cost. GST extra. Onboarding, data migration, staff training and support are included, because charging for setup would defeat the point.

Yes, and this is the part we have spent the most effort on. Upload the sheets as they are. The importer handles merged cells, names in three different formats, duplicate roll numbers and dates saved as text. You review what it found before anything is saved, and nothing is committed until you approve it.
About a week for most colleges. A day for import and checking, a day of training for office staff, and the rest running alongside your existing process until you are confident. There is no implementation project and no consultant on site for a month.
That shaped the design. The screens office staff use most look like the registers they already keep. Faculty mark attendance in about fifteen seconds on a phone. Training is a single session, and support is on WhatsApp, in your language if that is easier.
You export everything in open formats, whenever you want, without asking us. We keep daily backups and you can restore from them yourself. We think being easy to leave is the only honest way to ask a college for its records.
No. Fee reminders, attendance alerts, results and circulars arrive on WhatsApp. Parents can reply to ask about dues, attendance or exam dates and get an answer immediately. There is a web portal too, for parents who prefer it.
Yes. Many colleges begin mid-year with fees and WhatsApp reminders only, because that needs no change to how the rest of the year is already running, and bring in admissions and attendance at the start of the next academic year.
Reservation categories, scholarship portals, counselling formats and exam workflows are configured per state and per affiliating university, so you get the version that matches your rules rather than a generic one. If your university's exam or result format is not yet supported, tell us during the demo. Adding one takes days, not a release cycle, and it is included.
Each institution keeps its own data, staff and settings, and the trust office gets a consolidated view across all of them. There is a bundled rate for trusts, so tell us the total enrolment rather than pricing each college separately.
Send us one Excel sheet of students and we will show you the system running on your college's actual records, not a demo account. Twenty minutes, online, anywhere in India.
